DAYS AT THE BEACH

There is something healing about going to the beach, down the shore, to the seaside.   Natural healing is evident in the sun kissed faces of friends and family gathered on the beach.  Swimming, collecting shells, playing frisbee, walking along the sand looking for sea glass, napping to the sound of the ocean waves, reading a good book with your hair damp from a dip in the water, they all seem to lead to a sense of peace.
